USB Sharing

Share a USB diagnostic device on the customer PC over the network so it appears on the engineer’s machine.

For USB mapping, download the USB sharing tool. In Suucar, both sides pick Engineer (Client) — the in-app role name, not “customer”.

Keep clicking Next during setup. If asked to restart at the end, choose Not now / No.

SoftEther VPN Bridge

SoftEther VPN Bridge on the customer PC — builds the virtual network bridge.

Suucar Mapping usually downloads Bridge automatically. If that fails, install it from here.

During setup, select the 2nd item “SoftEther VPN Bridge”, then keep clicking Next.

SoftEther VPN Client

SoftEther VPN Client on the engineer PC — opens the encrypted tunnel.

Suucar Mapping usually downloads Client automatically. If that fails, install it from here.

Select “SoftEther VPN Client” (usually the 1st item), then keep clicking Next.

After downloading

The browser and Windows may show security prompts. Follow these two steps to install and run.

Browser asks “Keep?”

When the download finishes, click Keep in the download bar

  • ·Chrome / Edge: if a warning appears, click Keep or Keep anyway.
  • ·If it was deleted, open Download history → Recover → Keep.

Blocked when opening the installer

On SmartScreen, choose More info → Run anyway

  • ·Click blue More info first, then Run anyway appears.
  • ·If antivirus blocks again, follow the false-positive guide to add exclusions.
