Suucar Mapping DoIP / ENET · USB

When the engineer and the vehicle are not in the same place, Suucar maps the vehicle’s DoIP / ENET / USB connection to your local PC so you can run remote diagnostics and programming with low latency.
The customer side only runs the mapping tool — all diagnostic software stays on your computer.

Core advantages

Built for remote vehicle diagnostics: low latency, no diagnostic software on the customer PC, ready to use on yours.

Ultra-low latency

Suucar runs on high-bandwidth Alibaba Cloud servers. Latency stays low enough for flashing, diagnostics, and other time-critical work.

No software on the customer PC

The customer does not install ODIS, Xentry, or other diagnostic software. They open Suucar Mapping, sign in, and setup finishes automatically.

DoIP / USB mapping

Map the vehicle’s DoIP / ENET / USB interface onto your PC. Works with major OEM and third-party diagnostic tools.

Encrypted connection

An encrypted tunnel is used from login through data transfer. Only the required adapter is mapped — the customer’s whole PC is never exposed. Drop the tunnel when you are done.

Feels like a local hookup

After mapping, read codes, clear faults, flash, and program on your own PC — as if the car were next to you.

Easy to use

The customer side connects in a few steps. We can walk them through it remotely if needed.

How It Works

The customer connects the diagnostic cable between the vehicle OBD port and a laptop, then opens Suucar Mapping and signs in. Setup is automatic. You sign in on your PC and work remotely.

Use Cases

Designed for situations that need remote access to a vehicle.

Remote Customer Support

When the vehicle is remote, map DoIP / ENET / USB to your PC and diagnose or flash directly.

Dealership / Workshop Assist

When on-site technicians face tough issues, a remote expert maps the vehicle NIC and assists with OEM diagnostic tools.

Fleet Remote Inspection

For vehicles across locations, quickly set up mapping channels for unified code reading, inspection, and maintenance.

Remote Used-Car Assessment

When viewing a car remotely, use DoIP mapping to read real vehicle data and support condition and history assessment.

Training & Demos

Demonstrate diagnostic workflows remotely so trainees can observe real operations without a local vehicle.

Urgent Remote Programming

When urgent flashing or programming is needed, set up a low-latency channel quickly and reduce customer wait time.

Supported Ethernet Protocol Vehicles

Covers mainstream Ethernet protocol vehicles (DoIP / ENET), including DoIP mapping for some EV models.

VW Audi Skoda BMW MINI Mercedes-Benz Porsche Jaguar Land Rover Volvo Bentley Tesla ZEEKR NIO Geely BYD Li Auto

More Ethernet models…

Interfaces include USB, VAS 6154, VAS 5054, and other common diagnostic cables.

What if I run into issues?

The software is highly automated, but rare issues can appear on different systems. Contact us and we will assist remotely right away.

Does the customer need diagnostic software?

No. The customer only connects a DoIP adapter or USB cable and starts the mapping tool. All diagnostic software runs on your PC.

Which software and adapters are supported?

Ethernet-protocol adapters and USB diagnostic cables. Software includes ODIS, Xentry, ISTA, and common OEM and third-party tools.

How do I use USB mapping?

For USB mapping, install the USB sharing tool first: version 6.2 on the customer PC, 11.0 on the engineer PC. In Suucar, both sides must pick Engineer (Client) — that is the in-app role name, not “customer”. Download USB Share

No auto-configuration after login?

If the customer PC does not configure automatically, quit Suucar Mapping and open it again, then enable “Silent login (CMD)” and retry. If it still fails, contact support.

Nothing downloads, or the tool errors on launch?

Usually missing or corrupted system files on the customer PC. Install manually: Bridge on the customer PC, Client on the engineer PC. Go to download
