Standard mapping tutorial

Choose your role, sign in, and check the connection status in the log.

Server selection guide

For standard DoIP / ENET mapping. For a USB diagnostic cable, follow the USB mapping guide and select “Engineer · Programming” in Suucar on both PCs.

How to open Suucar, choose the client role and connect on the vehicle PC.

    Choose the matching role on the left

    On the vehicle PC, select “Client · Mapping”. On the engineer PC, select “Engineer · Programming”. Both sides must use the same server; prefer a suitable nearby node.

    Sign in and confirm the connection

    Enter your account and password, then click “Sign in” and wait for automatic setup. “Connection established” in the log confirms this side is connected. If the client is waiting for the engineer, sign in and connect on the engineer PC.

    Select the target adapter if several are found

    If the log reports multiple network adapters, open “Network adapter” at the top right and select the adapter connected to the vehicle or diagnostic device. Follow the log to continue. This is only needed when the software asks you to choose.

How to choose a server

Customer and engineer must use the same server Prefer the server closer to both sides Different servers = mapping will fail

Correct example

Recommended · Shorter path

Customer (Jiangsu) and engineer (Hangzhou) both use the Shanghai primary node. Traffic relays through Shanghai — shorter path, lower latency.

Wrong example

If both choose Beijing backup, traffic detours north then back — a much longer path and higher latency.

USB mapping

Only needed for a USB diagnostic cable. Skip this for DoIP / ENET Ethernet mapping.

    Download the matching versions

    Install USB sharing software version 6.2 on the client (vehicle) PC and version 11.0 on the Engineer · Programming PC. Click Next through setup; if prompted to restart, choose “No”.

    Both select “Engineer · Programming”

    For USB mapping, select “Engineer · Programming” in Suucar on both the vehicle and engineer PCs, then select the same server and sign in.

  3. 3

    Customer shares the device

    Plug the cable into the car and PC, then share that device in the tool.

  4. 4

    Engineer connects

    On the engineer PC, open USB sharing software version 11.0. The USB port just shared from the client will appear under “Remote USB devices”.
